Video Assistant
Please note this is a graduate position.
We are looking for a passionate graduate with a thirst for video production. You will be responsible for creating corporate films across a wide range of clients as well as innovating new trends within your area.

Working with the Head of Video and Content Producer, the role of Video Assistant will involve;
RESPONSIBILITES
Translating a client brief into the required digital format
Manage multiple creative projects throughout all stages of development, from ideation to post production
Be collaborative with wider content team to grow and innovate the company
Creating digital solutions across all client sectors including photography, video and livestream
Working through the right kit to use for each production
Cleaning, maintaining and disassembling hardware
Doing small repairs on broken equipment
Interviewing people and creating clips by editing raw footage
Inserting closed captioning, graphics or other on-screen text into a video
Consistently producing engaging videos
Working with freelance filmmakers to commission quality video that engages our audiences
Regular communication with the team to track and maintain costs for each project
EXPERIENCE
This is a graduate position - we want someone who is passionate for content creating and film making – you have to live and breathe your subject!
Experience in creating your own films is desirable but not required.
TECHNICAL ATTRIBUTES
PC & MAC Knowledge
Professional camera knowledge and operating skills
Editing experience preferable Resolve
Awareness and experience of live streaming
Understanding and experience of sound
Understanding of lighting set ups for interviews
KEY SKILLS
Excellent communication skills
Good business software skills including MS Office & Adobe Creative suite
Drone experience is an advantage
Adobe experience including Photoshop and After Effects is an advantage
Must have a full clean driving license
