We designed and produced a 2 day conference for 200 delegates to celebrate the 20th anniversary of the business. 

The business is a global firm so engaging worldwide delegates was critical to the success and long lasting engagement of the event. 



As delegates were travelling from six different countries, we matched the iconic Wembley Stadium as the ideal venue due to its reconginisability and status to all. Several of the delegates were golden ticket winners, giving them the opportunity to experience an enhanced version of the conference. 

The main conference was held in the Bobby Moore Suite with custom staging as well as holding an exhibition on the same floor.


We managed speakers and moderators from USA, Italy and Spain during pre production and the live conference.  We rehearsed online with these speakers, managing different time zones and languages.


An evening ceremony, then followed in the Royal Box, giving gold ticket winners the chance to walk through the Wembley tunnel to collect their award. Following this an informal evening, then allowed delegates to socialise, win prizes and enjoy the live band. 

Post event, we arranged cascade sessions in each country supported by communication packs, including repurposing content from the main conference into a key points film for enhanced engagement.
