HYBRID
EVENTS
As a business we are constantly evolving and from our early days in 1996 we have always aimed to achieve more than what's possible.
We were one of the first business to design and produce hybrid events, with our first in 2010. Since then we have gathered audiences and streamed live content for hundreds of events.
Experienced by few, shared with many.

DENTSU
DIGITAL HYBRID CONFERENCE
We designed and produced an immersive, digitally led conference for 200 internal and external delegates.

OUR SOLUTION
Creating disruption within the media and digital world was at the forefront of the conference that showcased internal speakers within Dentsu Aegis North as well as speakers from Spotify, Vice and Posterscope.
Held at Media City, within the Dock 10 Studios we created and produced a multi-faceted screen to work with the audience size as well as showcase the content to the highest level.
We designed the screen and technical production in the way we did to enable the remote audience to feel more immersed within the conference.

The screen allowed for a multi-camera set up, as you would in with any studio broadcast. Giving the impression that they were watching a live television programme with the opportunity for them to ask questions on the streaming platform.
The sound and lighting concepts were equally as important as the screen; the lighting created movement and diversity whilst the sound quality was integral for our remote audience.
