Brief

Like any great team, Ineos Grenadiers understand the value of recognising their colleagues.

Whether that’s championing the efforts of their cyclists or the crew that make it all happen, it all contributes to reaching and maintaining a high level of performance.

Having supported Ineos Grenadiers on several events and initiatives over the years, we were well placed to help capture their annual team campp. We understand the team, their values and how they like to work, allowing us to operate as an extension of the team rather than a supplier.

We were trusted to film and capture the event highlights as well as produce the awards evening in Majorca.

October Camp

Response

First and foremost, Ineos Grenadiers wanted to bring their people together.

The team consists of cyclists and crew from around the world, so outside of the busy season they all head home. That meant we needed a suitable location for attendees to fly into, stay over and enjoy before leaving.

Planning for a 4 day event, we started out by developing an agenda, content and filming schedule. The trip would involve one-to-one and team meetings, a presentation evening, awards dinner and plenty of opportunities for the team to socialise. We supported the team in selecting a suitable location to bring their 2023 story to life through film.

Results

With 130 happy delegates sharing overwhelmingly positive feedback, the October Camp and the awards dinner were a resounding success.

One attendee went on to say the Camp “Made them feel incredibly proud to be part of the team, excited for the next year and, in particular, for the next Camp”.

We couldn't have asked for a better result. And neither could Ineos Grenadiers, who were able to properly recognise the people at the heart of its team and to do so in style.
