Work Experience Policy

We are pleased to support students and young people by offering a limited number of work experience placements each year.

Due to the nature of our business and the resources required, we have a limited number of places available annually. To ensure every participant receives the best possible experience, we only accept work experience placements between April and June each year.

Work experience placements are available to students who:

• Are completing a school, college or university work experience programme.
• Have a genuine interest in our industry.
• Are available to attend during the April to June placement window.

To be considered for a placement, applicants should submit:

• A brief covering email or letter explaining why they would like to complete work experience with us.
• Their preferred placement dates (between April and June).
• Confirmation from their school, college or university (if applicable).
  
  

Applications are reviewed based on availability, and submitting an application does not guarantee a placement.

The duration of each placement will be agreed in advance and will depend on business requirements and availability.

All work experience students are required to:

• Follow the Company's health and safety procedures at all times.
• Respect the confidentiality of any information they encounter during their placement.
• Comply with company policies and behave professionally throughout their time with us.
