TEAM BUILDING
To create a film to promote rewards and recognition, to boost company sale targets.

OUR SOLUTION
We encouraged our client to take a team of ‘KPI Hitting’ store managers on a fun activity – paddle boarding. We planned to film the full activity, to create a short film to send out internally.
Prior to the day we undertook essential risk assessments and filming permission from the local council. Aside from the management, we storyboarded and produced the narrative to not only create an exciting day for the managers, but an inspirational film to cascade to the business.

We used a variety of camera equipment to capture the story both on land and within the water. We used a large crew as well as multiple sound ops to capture every moment.
The results were a fast paced, dynamic film that inspired colleagues and further engaged team to increase targets for the coming year.
