From Thoughts to Themed Events

Transforming a simple concept into a mesmerising themed event involves several key stages. We take the following steps to ensure your event one that everyone will remember:

1. Consultation & Concept Development

Around four to six months prior to your event, we’ll meet with you to discuss your vision, budget, and objectives. From here, we can work on theme ideas together and begin the process of venue matching. We’ll then present a detailed proposal with estimated costs and concept details.

2. Planning & Vendor Coordination

We’ll secure vendors for catering, décor and logistics, and finalise your themed event branding, invitations, and any promotional materials. Our team will develop a guest experience plan and event schedule so there are no hiccups.

3. Marketing & Guest Engagement

Ahead of your event, our themed event planners send invitations and track RSVPs. If necessary, we can support you with promoting the event on social media or in the press. We will also organise any seating plans, finalise schedules, and work on any personalised elements.

4. Execution & Event Management

In the days leading up to your themed event, we confirm vendor arrivals and oversee the actual set-up. During your event, we manage the event flow, seamlessly troubleshoot any issues, and make sure your guests are having an outstanding time.

5. Post-Event Wrap-Up

Our team keeps working after your event has finished, overseeing the clean-up, returning rentals and settling vendor payments. We’ll also gather client feedback and provide post-event analysis for B2B or B2C events. If we organised any photography or event filming we deliver the photos and videos to you.
