Returning an unwanted item

As long as the item is still in the original condition, including attached tags, we except returns.

If you return the item within14 days of the items being delivered to you, we'll give you a full refund via the original payment method. 

​

If you return an item later than 14 days, we'll give you an Experiences Are Life voucher code for the amount equivalent to the price you paid for the item. 

​

We aim to refund you within 10 working days.

After the return date

We don't except returns for unwanted items after the relevant returns period, as detailed above. If you try to make a return, we may have to send it back to your default address and ask you to cover the delivery costs.

Original Condition

All returned items should be sent in their original condition and packaging where possible, including tags.

Return Process

Please complete the enclosed form within your purchase and attach the return label. You will then need to pay for the returns label, as this is not included in the cost of purchase.
