Company Update COVID-19

We all know that to limit the spread of Coronavirus COVID-19 we need to stay home and limit travel. For that reason, we are suspending site based production work temporarily. Our team have been working from home for a week now and the whole team can provide preparation, design, editing, booking and pre-production work as usual. Unfortunately we cannot film on location, including providing our professional Livestreaming service (other than in support of emergency work) for the time being. This is partly to protect our own team and partly as our wider responsibility to the community.


Many of our clients have taken the decision to cancel meetings, conferences and events over the coming months. None of us know how long it will take for normality to return, but the expectation is that it should not be longer than 12 months.


Although it is early to think about it, because of postponement and pre-existing bookings, venue availability for 2021 is already becoming challenging. There is no doubt that the whole nation and individual workforces will need to be motivated in the year ahead and people are already craving the power of face-to-face contact.


If you want to pre-emptively get something held in the 2021 calendar, please talk to us. It will help us to protect jobs and ensure that you have the communication and engagement platform that you will surely need in 2021.


With so much uncertainty, everyone in the events industry is keenly aware of the need for flexible cancellation/ postponement terms.
