DENTSU LIVE
VIRTUAL CONFERENCE
We designed and produced a virtual conference on a bespoke platform for an external audience of 200.


OUR SOLUTION
After a year of uncertainty our client wanted to communicate key messages to their media partners.
Communication had to be virtual but the strategy and conversation needed to be elevated from Zoom/ Teams.
We created a bespoke platform that was tailored to our client and most importantly housed digestible content that was interactive and unexpected.
Live communication with the presenters was easy, straight forward and a number of variants were offered. Integrated polling, Q&A, live chat and bespoke emojis created a synergy between screens.

One of the most important elements of the platform was presenter functionality and assistance. The platform is created as a live conference would be.
Our crew are present throughout and create an order and flow to the stream as well as tweaking sound, colour correction and helping the presenters to think about nothing but the delivery.
The slides are operated by our remote PowerPoint technician so the stream becomes a flawless broadcast, allowing for a polished delivery aiding audience engagement.
