Giving back

We've been donating to multiple charities for as long as we've existed, whether this is through fundraising, employee campaigns or simply donating to charities that really mean something to us.

Generally we don't shout about what we do, we do it because it's the right thing and has typically made an impact to our business, our team or someone close to us. This can be in a variety of ways and every year we consider what charities we donate too.

We like to champion local charities and projects that have a direct impact to us.

Over the past 12 months, we have donated just over £43,000 to national and local charities alike. This includes donating money for brain treatment equipment to The Walton Trust, sponsoring Brincall U17 football club (specifically to raise awareness of another cause close to our hearts, Sepsis), giving over £15,000 to plant mangrove trees in partnership with the Eden Reforestation Project and working with Gwernymynydd Village to support their community centre.

More recently we have given to the Lullaby Trust, a charity that supports research and families through sudden infant death syndrome. As well as continually supporting all the fantastic work that is done with Alzheimer's.

Finally our latest work is with Friends of Heaton Moor, a local group who work tirelessly to keep the local park looking fantastic for all ages.

As well as monetary donations, we feel it's just as important to give our time to worthy causes and over the past 12 months we have donated over 250 hours of time to charity videos, events and fundraisers - lending our expertise to our partners to help in anyway we can.
