Sales Executive Role

 Sales Executive needed for a small conference and video production company in South Manchester. This challenging role demands a presentable, self starter with an outgoing personality who is happy to work alone and with others in an informal and often pressurised environment.

The role will be to develop new business in both conference and video production. There will be some leads supplied but mainly it will need an investigative mind, enthusiasm and persistence to make appointments, prepare pitches and get orders. Support will be given in preparing pitches and giving presentations so direct experience of the industry is not important. What is important is the ability to be self motivated and want to succeed. You should love a challenge and be prepared to roll your sleeves up and do what needs to be done.

The successful applicant must be computer literate and very familiar with Microsoft Office and using the internet. They will be very comfortable dealing with people on the phone and in person.

A driving licence is essential.  

Some on-site work may be required from time to time and this will require overnight stays.

The role is typically 9.00 - 5.30 though flexibility will be needed during busy times.
A base salary will be based on experience with generous commission on new accounts as well as other benefits. Flexible working in a relaxed environment.
