Simple meetings in an off-site environment still need some management and we can help.

Venue

We can find a good, well located venue for you - we know what to look for and we know lots of places.
We'll take care of the booking, negotiating the best rates, lunch and refreshments and payment for you.

Equipment

If you need a flipchart, projector, extra tables or anything else, we will sort it out for you - if not from the venue or hotel, then we'll get a local supplier to do it for you or we'll bring it there ourselves.

PowerPoint

If you want your presentations a little smarter or more consistent, then we can tidy them up ahead of your meeting and get them back to you.

Webinar / Remote Conferencing

Do you need to connect to a remote office or present to delegates who can't make it to the meeting? Then we can set up a Webinar, where you present across the web to private viewers.
